Cancellation Policy
We value your time and our work, therefore the following cancellation rules apply to reservations for our ceramic workshops.
1. Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance
If your plans change and you inform us earlier than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the workshop:
- The reservation will be cancelled free of charge.
- The paid deposit will be refunded in full to your account.
2. Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance
If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the start of the workshop (or do not show up):
- The paid deposit is non-refundable and covers the costs associated with reserving your spot and preparing materials.
3. Reservations via Gift Voucher
If you booked the workshop using a gift voucher:
- Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: The voucher remains fully valid, and the date can be rescheduled.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the voucher value is forfeited. The remaining value of the voucher can be used for another date or service.
