Cancellation Policy

We value your time and our work, therefore the following cancellation rules apply to reservations for our ceramic workshops.

1. Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance

If your plans change and you inform us earlier than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the workshop:

If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the start of the workshop (or do not show up):

The paid deposit is non-refundable and covers the costs associated with reserving your spot and preparing materials.

If you booked the workshop using a gift certificate:

Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: The certificate remains fully valid, and the date can be rescheduled.
Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the certificate value is forfeited. The remaining value of the certificate can be used for another date or service.

Please note that purchasing a Gift Certificate is considered a purchase of goods/services online.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days): According to the Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a Gift Certificate within 14 days of the purchase date without giving any reason, provided that the certificate has not yet been used to make a reservation. To exercise this right, contact us via email. We will refund the full amount to your bank account.
Non-refundable after 14 Days: After the statutory 14-day period has expired, Gift Certificates become fully non-refundable. They cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, regardless of personal circumstances.
Expiration: Certificates must be used (booked) before their expiration date (3 months). Expired certificates are invalid, and their value is not refundable.
