We process only data necessary for studio operations, reservations, and security:

• Reservations & Contract Performance: Name, email, phone, order details.
• Payments: Payment data (for accounting and payment matching). We do not store full credit card numbers (processed by Stripe).
• Marketing: Email for newsletters (if you are our customer, we do so based on legitimate interest; you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Security (CCTV): Video footage from the studio premises.

3. Who do we share data with (Processors)?

To ensure the operation of our services, we use trusted technology partners. Your data may be processed by:

• Hosting & Infrastructure: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA/EU) and Supabase (database located in the EU – Frankfurt).
• Emailing: Resend (sending transactional emails).
• Payments: Stripe, Inc. (card payment processing).
• Automation & AI: We use n8n and OpenAI tools for automatic pairing of bank payments. (Only necessary data from transaction emails is processed to identify the payment).
• Analytics: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel (Facebook).

4. Camera System (CCTV)

The studio premises are monitored by a CCTV system with recording.

• Purpose: Protection of property and safety of persons (legitimate interest of the Controller).
• Retention: Recordings are kept only for the strictly necessary time (loop), after which they are overwritten unless needed for incident resolution.

5. Photos and Videos from Workshops

During workshops, we may take photos or short videos to document the atmosphere and promote the studio on social media.

This is our legitimate interest. If you do not wish to be in photos, please inform us on the spot or in advance, and we will happily comply.
