General Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the relationship between the service provider:

and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), who makes a reservation for services via the Provider's website.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the binding reservation and participation in ceramic workshops or other courses organized by the Provider. The place of service is the studio located at: V Horkách 1405/15, Prague.

3. Order and Price

• The contractual relationship is established by sending a binding reservation via the web interface and its confirmation by the Provider.
• Prices listed on the website are final. The Provider is not a VAT payer.
• The Client undertakes to pay the price of the service using the method specified in the reservation system.

4. Cancellation Policy

Rules for cancelling reservations, refunds, and rescheduling are not part of this document but are governed by a separate document "Cancellation Policy".

By submitting a reservation, the Client confirms that they have read these Cancellation Policies and agree to them.

5. Dispute Resolution and Consumer Protection

In the event that a consumer dispute arises between the Provider and a consumer (B2C) which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to the designated entity for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, which is:

The handling of personal data is governed by a separate document "Privacy Policy", where you can find detailed information on what data we collect, how we use it (including cookies and the CCTV system), and what your rights are.

By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read these policies.

7. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from January 1, 2024. Relationships not regulated by these GTC are governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.
